How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with transit taking 5 to 8 business days after that. In total, you can expect delivery within 6 to 11 business days from the date of your order. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow along.
Is shipping really free on barrel saunas and cabanas?
Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). There is no order minimum required. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and package size. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy page.
